[dwi] b12:Can't click in MIDI clip to start playback at a a

Hi, Working with MIDI clips today and normally there are two ways to start the location of playback. One is the "speaker" click where it starts at a certain point. The other is clicking in the grid and it realigns the starting point of playback. This is the feature that is not working in b12. To sta...

[4883]b12: MIDI notes can't be optioned dragged to be copied

Hi, Working with MIDI information with EZ Drummer. When I option drag a note to duplicate it somewhere else in the clip it moves the note and does not copy it. An intermittent problem I am having also is when I double click the spot where I want the note to produce a new note it moves the one ahead ...

+1

I do a bunch of orchestration and I always have to go to Cubase for this feature (Logic has it as well). I want to do all my productions in LIVE so this would be a great addition and I don't believe too much programming.

Quantize plug?

I use Live for all of my productions (audio as well as MIDI). I switched to Logic 8 for a hot second for some of the MIDI stuff, but I have to say that nothing beats the Live workflow. Even with less DAW features, I would still rather work in Live. In this, one thing in Logic that is amazing to me i...

This really fucks up alot of stuff in the digital audio world. I understand if we were supposed to be migrating over to some new faster technology (like the original iMacs did away with SCSI), but this is just marketing bullshit. Think about it...all of the audio interfaces are FW400 right now. I sa...

YES!!!

I have two MC Mixes and love them. The integration with Logic is spectacular and I am hoping that Live will develop Eucon support.

+!

I have to really chime in on this discussion... To start, I have used PT for years, love Cubase for the MIDI aspect, and currently am using Logic 8 in an effort to rid myself of anything Digi related now that they have gotten in the ballpark with multitrack, multitake comping. Having said that, peop...

I have the Konnekt 24D and I think it is great. The built in DSP really makes a difference and sets itself apart from the other interfaces. I have never had any problems with the unit and it has been rock solid for me. I also think the preamps sound fantastic. In fact, I was surprised how good clear...

OT: Mac editor that works in Finder and with iTunes

Hello, I am going crazy trying to remember a piece of software that I believe someone on this forum directed us to to check out. It was an audio editor that worked in the Finder of OSX that you could edit and save right in the finder. it also brought up a cool little window under the iTunes interfac...

This has nothing to do with Veganism in the least bit. It is about two stupid parents that starved their baby because they were idiots. People miss the point because these morons are waving the Vegan flag. I have a feeling that if they were meat eaters, they would have fucked this kid up in some way...

Snapper looks amazing! Just the fact that you can edit a bit in iTunes and email is worth the price. I can't wait for it.

Routing Preview/Cue to a track

Hello,

I am wanting to rout the Preview/Cue to a track so that I can record the click into an audio file. How can I do this as I haven't been able to figure it out. I must be missing something easy here.

Thanks so much in advance.

I suppose I could. I was imagining, though, that if we are using a clip to be the master, I somehow could impart all those characteristics to the rest of the session. In this case, the 1.1.1 warp marker.

Is there even a way to do this?
