Anyone using FAW Circle?

I have the demo here. Just browsed through the manual. Maybe I missed something, but I'm curious if there is a way to swap in and out automatable parameters. Anyone know if it's possible to automate the LFO's? This thing sounds great and is an absolute breeze to use. Love the drag-and-drop modulatio...

Hi Phi wrote:Whoa...I didn't know about the control-click assignment method in Virus Control! That is so helpful. Thanks.
Yeah, I didn't either for the first 6 months I owned the TI. Talk about changing the game when I figured it out.

I never read the manual, so...

Re: Virus Ti automation in Live 7

Right click (control-click) on the parameter you want to automate in the Virus Control and select "Add _-_ to Automation List". Voila! It is added to the available automation lanes in Ableton.

Re: Live (Techno) Set (wich is the best way??)

I've done the same with favorite Ableton Dj's and most times they blow you off Like Steve (Flying Lotus) "I dont talk about that stuff" That cool I understand he work hard to get to where he is but fuck how else do we learn I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you can learn the same way that Steve di...

Still having problems with the Virus, aqua tek?

I ask because the TI is pretty central to my work and if it isn't working right there is no point in me upgrading yet. :(

Re: So who's got a Monomachine?

But all in all a very limited machine that´s probably is great in the right hands. But not in mine. True enough, the sound is not for everyone. If you want 'analog' sounds, buy an analog! But to call it limited is crazy, imo. We're talking about a machine with six different types of synthesis, wave...

Re: So who's got a Monomachine?

Soundwave is right on. Parameter Locks are 'automation' in a very general way, but drawing automation lines on a grid could never compare to the tactile nature of using the Elektron machines. There are no other instruments on Earth with such a seamless marriage of sequencer and synth/sampler. And th...

Did you email this support@ableton.com??

They should be able to resolve it within a day. Just send them the crash log and all the info in regards to what kind of system you are running (including your soundcard/interface).

Well, his drivers actually just totally corrupted his audio playback so that even if we unplugged the Digi and just used the Built-In Audio, the problems still happened. Had to do a totally clean install of the OS and then re-install all his audio apps. Bummer, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Ev...
