Normally I can't stand Kanye. Well, I still can't, really, but this seems more like a collabo than him sampling them. Daft Punk is in the video! And they got songwriting credit. Bit different, in that sense, from what Puff used to do with the Police, etc. Anyways, Kanye needs to stick to producing a...

big muff, small stone. i want a 16-second delay, but they're discontinued, right? Not sure. I know you can still get them. There is usually a least a couple on eBay at any time, and AnalogueHaven stills lists them in stock: http://www.analoguehaven.com/electroharmonix/ I'm sure there are plenty of ...

So when did it become trendy to hate Americans so much? Cut us a break. There are some good people here. As soon as they get fed up enough, things will change. It's just natural. We are the only superpower. We probably have too much global influence. This leads to resentment when people start feeli...

Gun crime, obesity, ignorance, laziness, greed, corruption, wasting of natural resources, forcing American policy around the world, wasting billions of dollars and lives on global domination, etc. I'm an American. I've got a lot of friends. None of them are gunowners, obese, ignorant, lazy, greedy,...

Any chance of uploading the '36 Chords' Rack you created? That would be lots of fun to play with i'm sure, especially combined with a Pitch/Velocity Rack.. To be honest, that example was a subtle teaser. We've constructed a pack with over 100 MIDI Effect Racks that is soon to be unleashed. The 36 c...

All about BPitch, Shitkatapult. Modeselektor are probably my favorite. Their music has a bit of Richard D. James to it in places (the melodies, mainly), but they combine it with some more danceable, bangin' beats. I also love just about anything Apparat does. The Apparat & Ellen Allien album was/is ...

Time signature changes aren't supported (yet). Ah.. Well that explains why I couldn't do it at least! :) But you can do it. You can't change the global time signature , but, for instance, you can have a clip playing in 7/4 within a session that is running at 4/4. If you want a section of your compo...

Oh boy, here we go...

You can assign different clips, different time signatures, but you can't automate the global time signature.

I live in LA. Walk everywhere, all the time. Drive a few days a week. But I work from home a lot. If that weren't the case, I would have to drive more. There is no public rail transportation here to speak of because General Motors, Firestone tires and Exxon Mobil (by different names in those days) e...

I'm definitely thinkin' yes on the Ultralite. I can't believe they packed so much I/O into that little bugger. And MIDI, etc. That thing looks like it rocks. So, I've been reading and thinking Lemur nonstop for the last two days. I think I may do it. I'm not a technical whiz, though. I've only ever ...

They would have to prove that he is ripping them off, yes. Who knows what evidence they do or don't have? But I'm sure they are just trying to scare people more than anything.
