My goal is to write a script for Quneo that has Ableton send proper midi from drum racks to the pads.

Ive started a M4L device if anyone is willing to help guide me!

WITHOUT a dedicated midi routing track. I hate having this track as default and having to manually shift the box on the APC/PUSH for every project. Thoughts? What's the best way to accomplish this?

Would anyone be interested? I'd be more than happy to do the legwork if people want it.

All I did was put the 2 Oscillator Octave to -1 instead of 0 and it sounds well enough for me, lol. Try it and let me know what you think.

Thank you! I want my MPK61 knobs and faders to triggers effects instead of track controls seeing as if I also have an APC40 and Push.

If I make a default preset, will the midi settings in that preset be saved for the specific controller/midi signals? Will I have to make them everytime?

What about macro mapping on various effects? Is it saved in the project only or the default? The saved instrument?
