Grrr! New Year's Eve gig. live+live vocals+loops=:-(

this is the last piece of the puzzle, if i can get this working right, my band, hot bitch arsenal, will be invicible. i can't run my vocalist through live without serious feedback issues. we have in ear monitors, no stage monitors live 6, edirol firewire fa-101 10in/10out audio interface, various co...

when you change to 3/4 does your metronome change as well?

i had many problems with non-4/4 timing in live 4. i haven't tried recently, but with live 5 i did get pieces going in 5/4.

Does anybody have any experience with that motion.dive tokyo software/controller package? tokyo motion dive is amazing, it is sweet beyond your wildest imaginings. we've used it for a few gigs/video shoots - best $500 i've spent in a long long time. however, there's not way you're gonna be able to ...

i probably can't be much help. i'm running an fa-101 on a pc, using the lowest buffer setting. it works this way most of the time, for hours on end, very low latency. i did have an experience onstage where i had to dial up the buffer - everytime i moved the mouse i'd get distortion. that venue's pow...

gig2nite-1 Q-activate/deactivate entire efx grp via midi?

without getting into bome or other like solutions (well, except that i am running midiyoke), is there a way to enable/disable an effects group via midi? the mouse/kb equivalent is ALT-click, turns the whole mother on or off. i've only got so many button on the bcr-2000 (which is seriously awesome fo...

Re: Live for DJs only? Anybody using it for bands, demos, etc?

I am considering purchasing Live. Seems natural to use. straight 3 pc. rock group and want to lay down some tracks or Demo or just record rehearsals. Usually use something like Live to do ideas for the rest of the band to hear later. I am wondering if Live 5 is also heavy on a Mac or runs really we...
