Re: Livecontrol 2

Hi,

I'm just looking to set up the wi fi until I can get a midi input.

How do you get the Lemur Daemon installed?

I can't seem to find an answer on the Liine site!

I have the Livecontrol2 file in my live folder and have installed the Lemur Editor.

Thanks

Re: Livecontrol 2

neither the iRig MIDI nor the Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer will act as a MIDI interface to a computer via USB. you computer would need a MIDI interface as well. the iConnectMIDI2+ doesn't cost much more, and it will connect your iOS device to your computer (plus a whole lot of other features). the other a...

Re: Livecontrol 2

Hi there, Okay, I'm not that techy, so sorry if this seems obvious. This looks like a godsend for me, but I don't want to be buggering around with wi-fi. Obviously the iControl+ seems to work as a link, but it's a bit cumbersome and expensive. I can get the iRigmidi and the Line 6 midi from the Appl...

Re: 'Nudging' audio on timeline in tiny sample increments?

I use this all the time on Logic.

This is the kind of detail that Ableton miss that is incredibly frustrating!

Re: 8 or 16 GB RAM for Live 9 Suite?

Lastly, DO NOT get your extra RAM from Apple. They charge arm and a leg. Get it from Crucial or OWC. Quality, reliable RAM at very reasonable prices
This - Definitely :)

Re: Live 9 Convert To Midi From Audio Is Hopelessly Inaccurate?

I tried a fingerpicking piece in both Melodyne and Live. Melodyne was pretty close after some messing around (although tweaking is very simple). Live on Melody was way off but on Harmony it was reasonably close. To be honest, I don't need it to be exact, and I think thats asking for too much with a ...

Live 9 - Default Soundcard/Audio Output

Hi,

I see that Live 9 does not automatically pick up the Soundcard - in my case Apogee 1

It defaults to the Mac in-built.

This is one of those Live minor irritations. Is there any way to change this behaviour?

Thanks

Re: What the F*CK!!!

Ive been using the 9 Beta for a while, and one thing that I've noticed is this: loading a large sample library can take a surprisingly long time, and if you try to play while the samples are still loading, you will get some very strange results! I've had it happen while loading both the Orchestral ...

Re: What the F*CK!!!

Sound to me you're just playing in a low octave. Most orchestral instruments don't cover 8 full octaves. No its definitely within the ranges The note is playing but it had a rasping sound going on over it. I'm was wondering if it was some sort of not authorised noise that you sometime get on demo's...

Re: What the F*CK!!!

I've come to the conclusion you will never please everyone. I use to be a Sonar user and everyone moaned of the clockwork upgrades, shedding out £100 each time and even having to download upgrade patches on the day of release. Actually I have been very happy using Logic Express for the last 6 Month...
