Training CD Rom ?

:?: Hi, I recently attended one of the Live / M-Audio seminars in London, which was really excellent. Learnt loads of really cool new stuff, and annoyingly forgot loads of it very soon afterwards ! It's so much better seeing how things are done (some things just can't be acurately described in a man...

Quick Warp question ?

:?: Just started playing around with warp markers and have a quick problem - I have track one playing at 136 bpm (which is also the original rate for the track) set to original tempo -no warp. I put in warp markers at the start of track two (original rate 131.4) and the track starts at the 136 bpm w...

Follow / loop for wave image how ?

:?: Is it possible to make the enlarged wave image (bottom of screen) follow the playback cursor/line in the same way that it does on the arrangement view. I'm trying to set beat/warp markers on an imported song and it would be so much easier to spot the drift if the wave file was moving with the mu...

I set up the Live default for my Remote 25 Audio last night, and the start and stop transport controls were working. So it must be possible. I'll try and see how they're triggered

Yes exactly.

In Cubase you can set up any number of point markers and also loop region markers. not too sure whether it would help in session view, but would be invaluable in arragement view.

Marker Track

A marker track (Similar to the one in cubase) in the arrangement view would be exremely helpful. A single click to get to any preset place within the arrangement.

Tried to open file (using Illustrator) but get an error.

I presume it is in mac format.

Can it be saved so that it will open in Windows.

I've just got a Remote Audio and the 'live' settings don't work at all !

Theres an xp (is that what you're running?) optimisation section under tuning tips at the following site. http://www.musicxp.net/ Just started using live, but have gone through misery with all kinds of issues trying to get Cubase running smoothly. I've had a stable system for some time and have put ...

Rewire Blasted with Version 3.2 !

:( I tried to open Live and Cubase yesterday with Live running as the slave through Cubase and I got an error message saying there was a problem with the rewire setup. I closed everything down rebooted and tried again and the rewire connection seems to have been lost. It was fine with Live 2.2 Does ...

How to upgrade from Special version

:?: I have just got a special (Novation) version of Live, which is version 2.2. I want to upgrade to version 3, but the instructions seem to say that the PC that the original version is on, has to be connected to the internet to carry out the upgrade. As my PC is not, how do I do this ? Any advice a...
