Re: should I uninstall 6.05 before running live 6.07
Hi all, I'm downloading 6.07 as I write this. is 6.07 a complete install?, do I get rid of 6.05 (and Ithink I still have 6.01 installed) prior to installing 6.07 6.0.7 is a the latest bugfix release.. and a complete installer.. in general it is advised to use that version.. I won't have to unlock o...

Thanks! That solved it - when I deleted the track that was using the VSTi called Cygnus, the file was rendered correctly. I find it a bit strange that one VST would cause a problem with the entire file, but if it didn't, I'd probably go nuts trying to figure out why that one track vanished from the ...

Yes, I can see activity on the master track - the volume is up, and all my tracks' outputs are routed to the master. There is a tiny 'pop' at the very beginning of the rendered file, but after that, there's only silence. Like I said, if I choose to render "all tracks", the separate tracks do contain...

No audio when rendering to disk
I'm trying to render a loop to disk, but when I try to play back the rendered file, there's no audio. If I render all the tracks separately instead, they do contain audio. What am I doing wrong? It says in the manual that "if you're monitoring the master output" the rendered file will be exactly wha...

VST similar to Reason's Maximiser/limiter?
Does anyone know of a decent free (or cheap) VST plugin which works like Reason's Mclass maximiser? (I.e. one that doesn't cause a delay to the signal) I really miss the Reason Maximiser when I'm working with tracks in Live, as I've grown accustomed to putting a dedicated maximiser on individual tra...

BCR2000 disabled when rewiring Live + Reason?
Does anyone have any idea why my BCR2000 is completely non-functional when I rewire Live and Reason? It works fine in Reason alone, but simply doesn't do anything when rewired. I would simply like to use it to control Reason devices *in* Reason, while rewired. This works fine with my Axiom - I've si...

Update: can anyone help me?
Disabling all controllers in Reason seems to have done the trick, and my Axiom now works fine rewired, though I'll have to re-map it a bit in Enigma, I think. *However*: My Behringer BCR2000 simply won't work in Live. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything in particular I can do, in ord...

How do you record controller movements? [rewired to Reason]
Hi
Why won't Live record automation when I use the knobs and faders on my Axiom 61? The keys and the pitch and mod wheels record fine, but nothing else gets recorded. The buttons and faders are working fine, it's just that no automation is recorded.
Thanks

Controlling Reason devices via Live...
I'm having problems getting my midi controllers to work properly with rewire, I think. First of all: My Axiom 61 was auto detected, and works just fine. My BCR2000 was not, and I don't know how to get it to work. It's there on the list of devices in the preferences, but on the MIDI in/out dropdowns,...
