New Komplete, including new Massive X coming from NI

I think I might jump on the Komplete 12 Ultimate train this time - lots of goodies in there! I'm anxious to see what new features Massive will bring to the table.

Re: 10.3 is unusable LAGS , UNUSABLE

Will a set saved in 10.0.3 open in .0.2? I forgot I had auto updates on, and when I opened the set I was working on, Live just quit - disappeared entirely from my screen when it had almost fully loaded the set. It didn't even show an error message (stopped responding or whatever). I launched Live ag...

Would you (or someone else) like to elaborate on this? I really liked this tweak, because I really don't need a million nodes on my automation envelopes.

Really? Maybe I'm just so used to getting the "new beta available" mails, then? Anyway, if there isn't usually an email notification accompanying a minor update, what is the problem? Who is not supposed to know that there is a new update out?

I hear you, but there's usually an email announcing new versions, small or big, isn't there?

Meanwhile, the Ableton newsletter "Check out our latest videos and grab some free downloads" lands in everyone's inbox. Not the newsletter everyone was expecting.

Re: 10.0.2 release date?

Lot of good auto updating does, then... Well, thankfully, sensible developers like NativeKontrol and Isotonik at least put the settings files outside of the MIDI remote scripts folder.

What would be considered a "custom script"? Does auto updating cock up all MIDI remote scripts that aren't included when you first install Live?

Check, check and checkity-checkk.

I've now also tried it on my laptop, and the same thing happens, so I'm just gonna have to give up on this one.

Re: Behringer BCR2000 and Windows 10 - no dice?

Sigh. For whatever reason, the BCR just doesn't work in USB mode. I can hook it up to the BCF via MIDI and kind of have them work as one unit, but as my usage is dependant on remote scripts for the individual units, this isn't going to work for me. Ah well, at least I finally get to enjoy the motori...

Thanks. That didn't make a difference, though. I have one last thing I'll try later, which involves flashing the firmware via a MIDI cable.

Re: Behringer BCR2000 and Windows 10 - no dice?

I decided to try my BCF too, and I was quite surprised when it installed just fine (using the Behringer driver app). I don't understand why the BCR is not working, though; it lights up just fine, but even after installing the driver, it's giving me the same old error message... :?

Re: Behringer BCR2000 and Windows 10 - no dice?

Ok; thanks for getting back to me. Did you use the installer from Behringer's site, or did you just plug them in?

I've already tried a couple of ports and cables, so I don't really know what else to do.

Re: Behringer BCR2000 and Windows 10 - no dice?

Did you install them simply by plugging them in, or were they already installed when you upgraded your computer to Windows 10?
