unless your laptop is extremely shit you have no need to worry. A clean install of XP + all updates + some tweaks is fine. TinyXP is only for old computers you don't need anymore lol.

For furniture, check out knoll (knoll.com). Look at the chairs and adjustable tables. I like to alternate between sitting and standing, I've got one of their desks. Though it was upwards of 3 grand it is still worth it, as I'm not confined to sitting all day. They also have a nice selection of chair...

Almost any synth vst's can get you the sounds with tweaks. Maybe try the Arturia CS-80V? Or try some ReFX ones like Vanguard.
But the ones at kvraudio should do fine.

Prnt Scrn, should be around f9-f12 if on a laptop or near the insert/delete buttons.

Press print screen, then go to microsoft paint and paste it, and save it as .png for best results.
