I second the lack of cut ability in the arrange page. I can only split a part in the arrange page if there is only one track!!! Odd.

So I'm thinking that I can load an Impulse with 8 single drum shots and then route these individually to Audio tracks for processing (before grouping them back to a stereo audio channel for bus group compression). You could also very easily put bass-heavy samples on one impulse track, and put a Utility plug as the insert, and dial Stereo down to -100% (essentially Mono) and then run other stereo samples on other Impulse tracks. This utility method doesn't just use one half of a stereo file to make it mono do...

In Logic I can bus through my stereo VST drum plug signals to a mono track. How can I achieve this in Ableton?
