Re: Today is the day APPLE changes the world. Again.

it also has Bluetooth. I think the process for users will be similar to the iPhone, you use those long thin block connectors to connect it to everything, managed by iTunes. thanks for the youtube Poops. I can live with that, as long as I can keep buying the cheap Chinese plugs like I do for my Pod,...

Re: Today is the day APPLE changes the world. Again.

Surely they wouldnt dumb it down to that extent? A full USB controller chip is tiny, and even filling 64GB over wireless is painfully slow, and no ones knows what data rates over wireless USB will be. I guess we wait and see.

Re: Today is the day APPLE changes the world. Again.

Wait. Links for the HP/Microsoft tablet or proof that it will suck ass? And I'm confused on the apps thing. There's a zillion iPhone synth and controller apps already. ? There are a lot of controls apps out there, but the small screen of the iPhone makes them pretty annoying to use...also the iPhon...

Re: Today is the day APPLE changes the world. Again.

I only said that because HP and Microsoft were hawking some pad device or another at this year's CES were they not? Did they ever even release an image? They got about 1/2 second of press. Why? Because it will suck ass, that's why. lol This actually makes Apple the last computer maker to bring a to...

The Microsoft and HP lads are fucking WEEPING right about now. lol. You really have an incredibly vivid and active imagination Loop. Why would companies with over %90 market share weep about anything? iPad looks decent, if there are good deals for content, ill probably get one. I do most of my morn...

Re: [ot]The Knife’s Karin Dreijer out gagas Gaga on award show

The only thing that should happen now is for Bjork to simply dress up like Dreijer for the ultimate pwnage. Newsflash, performance art goes back further than Bjork. Its a ridiculous and baseless comparison. You completely and utterly missed my point. Which was brilliant, btw. :P Clearly too brillia...

Re: The bring out QuadCore MacBook Pros on Wed the 27th Thread!

Apples are great computers if their platform is to your taste, no argument there. What I really admire Apple for is the way their users are compelled to do their shilling and public relations for this huge rich multinational, and they do it all for free. Some of you dudes are a short step away from ...

Re: External Hard Drive

Thanks for your reply. Are there any other negatives about the xternal drive or positives? thanks, cr Data access via external USB is several times slower than using the internal bus. Go for an Esata external if you want fast access. Wether or not the performance hit of using exernal USB will affec...

Hi Parametex, thanks for offering to help us improve the quality of our software. We also see quite a few crashes related to plugins. However, due to the nature of plugins, namely two pieces of software interacting, it is sometimes quite challenging to find the cause of a crash. Finding the true ca...

Re: cue funtion for macbook.

Get a pair of USB headphones. This works on PC so im assuming it works on the Mac. USB headphones actually install themselves as a separate soundcard giving you an extra output that you can assign to cue. I think core audio will let you aggregate this device with the built in soundcard. Maybe a USB ...
