You sh...

Re: M-Audio MidAir / wireless midi - anyone used it?

Id be interested in seeing the results of a real world test.

Im not a huge fan of wireless due to the inherent latency, but the bandwidth required for midi is pretty small.

Re: New Ram doesn't change anything.

OK I'll do my best to supply all requested info. By interface do you mean OS? Probably not but if you do then it's XP. - I'm using AVG free at the moment. - I've got 97 GB (of 232 GB) of free space on the HD that I'm running Ableton from, and from which the samples are loaded. I have - a second HD ...

Need more info. Computer specs and OS.
+1

Its impossible to give you any troubleshooting advice without this. Discussing RAM on its own is pointless.

Also include what interfact youre using.

that would be Novation in my case(excluding Launchpad,no experience with that) : two nocturns and one remote sl 37 where the knobs started to act strange(jumping) after the warranty ended. Same thing happened to my KS Rack. Only to the effin Filter section though, some random fun sounds, but nothin...

What's a good solution? *peers over glasses in professorial manner* Young man, you really should have a hard drive backup anyway . I'm a new-ish convert to Time Machi...

Re: Ableton please make a seperate group for controllers only!

Dear Ableton Headquarter! I would like to have a seperate group in the index for "Controllers" only. Theres just to many Controller questions on the "General" forum i think? It would be nice if every controller compatible with Live would have its own group in a new "Controller" group. Just a little...

Re: it is time for ableton live 64-bit app...

In Win 7/ Vista 64, you still get a benefit in being able to use up to 3.6 GB of memory as opposed to effectively 1.7 GB in 32 bit win o/s such as win XP BINGO! which is why I spent the past few days rebuilding my machine. I started getting out of memory messages and after researching... came to th...

Re: New Fox TV host Sara Palin

In order for Palin to have any chance of a successful run, she will need to win over swing voters and moderates. With all the dumb things she is going to say on Fox, any chance of that is gone for ever. She was the most reviled Vice Pres nominee since Qayle, and even a lot of moderate Repubs hated h...

Re: New Fox TV host Sara Palin

PBS is different from Fox because they tell you what you want to hear. Likewise Fox tells conservatives what they want to hear. The rest of us who prefer to think for ourselves choose to ignore both. PBS does bipartisan and deep analysis of issues, FOX is entertainment. I bet youve never actually w...
