Re: EQ8: Serious issues with Bass. Here is the proof.

Dont use any C notes! Yeah, great work arround! :D Nah, I just use a 3rd party eq for the bass, and sometimes the kick. All the rest eq8 is fine for me. Regarding Funktion 1, I play on them regularly. Outdoor parties, clubs, and most of all festivals around the world. All the usuall F1 subs go below...

Re: Microsoft Surface Pro 4 ok?

Microsoft make a special hub for the surface pro now, seems like a good option. Also check this out http://surfaceproaudio.com I have been watching that site for a while, I want to run push 2 with a surface pro 4, bass station 2 and octatrack. Would be my perfect live setup I think! Hmm, but will t...

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 ok?

The Surface Pro 4 has only 1 usb 3 port.

When using external controllers and sound card with Live, will it all work with a hub? Does anyone have experience with these models?

Re: mIcrotonal support in LIve

Logic X's microtuning is crippled. It only support 12-note scales, which must repeat at the octave, and each note can only deviate from its 12-tet counterpart by a semitone. It's a good starter pack, but it leaves out many great scales, such as the Bohlen-Pierce scale or Wendy Carlos' scales as an ...

EQ8: Serious issues with Bass. Here is the proof.

Hey folks! I just did a solid test on EQ8 regarding phasing/DC offsets, and issues with High Pass cuts at 30Hz. C is at 32Hz and is used in a lot of bassy music. I thought I should share this with the community. Basically because EQ8s high pass is limited to 30Hz there is a big problem with bass dow...

In english "thats funny" is somewhat equal to say "thats ridiculous". :P not as strong though, but almost, hehe. But no worries, and english is neither my native language. :)

Re: triggering with odd time signatures.

Are there any other settings I should be checking? Strange ... :? hmm... Maybe zoom in and check the clips loop positions? Dont remeber if it came with 8 or 9 but lately its become easy to missplace the markers because it doesnt snap to the grid unless you are exact on it. Especially annoying worki...

Re: Live 9.5 crashes/issues

However I always export with lowest possible sample buffer size anyway, and this tightens up the mixes a lot, especially when using lots of automation and lots of sends in big projects. (Automation was recently latency improved, but not sends if I recall corectly, and this is fixed with exporting a...

Re: Live 9.5 crashes/issues

Windows 10 as OS is rock solid. It's the software and hardware vendors that are slacking as usual. It's the same problems With OSX 10.11 at the moment. Cool, thanks! And yeah, thats what I meant to say, I just put in fewer words. :) Im looking forward to when the Win10 audio production platform is ...

Re: Ned Rush - GeoSYNTH - Maxforlive MIDI Visualiser

With the added Syphon compatibility you could create layers using vision mixing in Vizzable. For tripping fractals check out Brainwash HD. Nice. I saw your Brainwash video. To me thats more like strobo noise, while GeoSYNTH is way more psychedelic and smooth, fitting my music style. The word psyche...
