Re: Plugin Delay Compensation: solved or not solved in Live 9.1?

Seriously .... how long does ableton need to here about some of these problems before they fix them.

In version 9, they have even removed the "plugin delay compensation" dropdown in the preferences.

So ... just sweep the issue under the rug and pretend it doesn't exist guys ... nice.

Re: Plugin for Scratching in ableton

Actually, it's quite easy to route any inputs to the 1&2 on the plugin. Remember, since this is a plugin, it's not interfacing with the hardware directly (the host does that). So .... in ableton .... you just use the input dropdown to select inputs 9&10. easy. Here is the setup guide, which should h...

Re: Plugin for Scratching in ableton

Good stuff. Live input lets you scratch incoming (live) audio. There is a good explanation in the setup docs, here: http://www.stagecraftsoftware.com/products/scratchtrack/live-input/ Search function is coming soon. Regarding fast cuts - If the vinyl input is too weak (or two strong, and maxing) the...

Re: Plugin for Scratching in ableton

Wow, good stuff. Pretty sure this is my jam, whether I ever get anything back from it or not. After all, I've been working on this stuff for over 10 years so far and haven't made a buck yet. So ... yeah ... I'll be around. This particular project has been around a couple years now (notice this is ve...

Re: Plugin for Scratching in ableton

Hey Juan - It's come along alot in the last 6 months. If you are using a newer version (the current is 2.46), it's been tested a ton for good performance. Still it's true that some older computers and OSes have issues with it. Drop me a line on the website and let me know what your setup is, and wha...

Subtractive Synth =- VST plug for your consideration

Hey all - Just dropping a line here to promote a new VST/AU subtractive synth that I built. I'd love to get some feedback from ableton users here, or through the website. It's a fairly new project, so any ideas / features suggestions are certainly welcome. It has a real time filter which shows the f...
