Re: NAMM 2015. Anything exciting?
I really wish there existed an interface dedicated specifically to 'loading instruments and fx within Ableton Live'...... I need to be able to hold one button, press another, and kabaam -Reverb-. Of topic, but if you have Push and have the PXT script then you have this functionality. I was using PX...

Re: Two turntables for ableton - plugin for scratching
I followed directions... Still not locking My Torq Vinyl is from the first year Torq was released and is listed as being made by Ms Pinky in small letters, So I tried both (actually after getting frustrated I tried all the vinyl types... Als tried all the vinyl types with my Serato 2.5 vinyl that I ...

Re: Push update coming?
yeah, nativeKontrol is his baby, he is still doing new projects and taking feature request as normal. Sounds like he's in the 'paying-dues' phase at Ableton... Any hopes and wishes I made in the comment above is strictly MY hopes and wishes (although they are based on logic..)

Re: Two turntables for ableton - plugin for scratching
hmm... I see the signal coming in when I open the Deck Control settings box (gain, cut, sharp) but I can't seem to get it to lock. I am on windows 7 sp1 64bit, Live latest 64bit, PDX2000 turntable with Ortophon Scratch needle testing with both Torq and Serato vinyl. I looked for a 'Help' file but co...

Re: Push update coming?
Not sure if I should say this or not but.... Stray (AKA: nativeKONTROL.com... AKA: PXT Live creator as well as all the other High-End Scripts and apps) signed on with Ableton a few months ago. Before anybody gets too happy, when I asked him about the deal he said he is mostly just coding and that Ab...

Re: "Back to Arrangement" Button?
Do you have 'PXT-Live Plus' for Push? if you do the code to dedicate one of the 16 accessory buttons on push is... # B2A - Back to Arrangement shortcut. That way it's accessible from any song/set old or new. That 'B2A' code also applies to Clyphx (code would be... [Back to Arrangement] B2A)The other...

Re: Smoothest electronic drum loops?
So where are the toned down, plush, sensual electronic drum loops, something one'd use for date music to put a lady to ease I'm gonna say this at the risk of sounding like a total ass... not to mention you asked for 'loops' which this is not... But I'm gonna say this ass backwards comment anyway bu...

Re: Question on editing/quantizing in Ableton Live 9
At first I thought he was warping all tracks at once (which Ableton does not have yet) but then I realized that function is cutting and moving the actual audio with everything behind it moving also... I don't think I would like that (I have not downloaded that plugin for my Reaper). The way I would ...

Re: Simple keyboard scale ???
Side note... One of the many many modes from PXT Plus that I really love is the Meters (Quick Mix) mode, where you can see the different track volume meters in real time on your PUSH and do a quick rough mix... and it has a built in Dimming feature to check your mix at lower levels. http://youtu.be/...

Re: Simple keyboard scale ???
Here's another cool vid a PXT-Live Plus user made using the 'user' mode of Plus and the Pad Editor app (also available for free for PXT Plus users). It uses the harmonic scale colors with a different keyboard layout... http://youtu.be/mVu-evM2Hr0 He did it copying this app... http://youtu.be/OGOFBvR...

Re: Simple keyboard scale ???
I was able first to find the chromatic display but not a simple keyboard scale among all the other ones. As a pianist player, playing on black&white scales that are different from keyboard is so confusing, and I can't play fast or by instinct without making lot of error. I'm guessing you are ta...

Re: More than 6 midi remote scripts in Ableton Live 9?
I find this frustrating too... I got about 12 different midi controllers that I've picked up over the years plus all my nativekontrol scripts... sometimes I wanna just hot-swap out for a different feel... that means I gotta re-configure things then re-re-configure things... aggravating!!! I actually...
