OT - reset waldorf microQ

hey there,

someone here having a waldorf microQ?
Mine appear to be fucked up, got an error message "Watch Dog Timeout".

Having relocated since few weeks I have here the synth but not the manual, anyone of you could help me and check in the manual how to preform a reset?
