a little bug found:
if to save a preset with sequencer involved in which some steps are disabled, on next loading the patch would work as all of the steps are enabled although it shows correct sequence

Re: bengal semi-modular FM synth
whats the CPU tax like..? I'm on a 2Ghz intel core i7 and Dark synth is hard work.. How is Bengal in that department..? well, have to admit that on my i5 @ 2.8Ghz stock presets can easily load CPU up to 70% with nothing else but hey, this is Max Ok. I first thought that the Macros are sufficient bu...

bengal semi-modular FM synth
so the device seems to be amazing and with great potential, the only thing i noticed from the very start is that a separate bank on push for bengal's sequencer would be sooo nice)
thanks, Christian, amazing work!
discuss the device here i suppose..

Re: Quickest way to stem out Ableton Live Sets
why wouldn't you put Utility to all mono tracks and set width to 0 not to go to render process twice?if there are any tracks in your session that need to the be mono (i.e. kicks, sub) you will still have to go back and render them again individually.

Re: Time & Timbre Push 2 update
holding shift + step on sequencer seems to be broken on push 2. it always changes beat division no matter what additional key i press, wether it's shift, select or any other. how to adjust pattern length via push 2?
suggestions?

Re: IRCAMAX 2 User Manual?
indeed, even k-devices (which are much cheaper) provide with pdf manuals, it's an obligatory requirement for such products. maybe they rely on ableton's builtin lessons?

FM modulation between instances in an Instrument Rack algrtm
wouldn't it be nice? i can't imagine sonic possibilities with this weird method of mixing. so if this sounds at any point exciting, just upvote this suggestion at centercode

Re: Change the parameter mapping of Lives own devices in Push!
greetings! since Push 2 release my biggest concern was about mappings. i've really got used to these mappings by TomViolenz and i just don't think it'll work like that with Push 2. there are new parameters and options besides. so how are things there? maybe some of you who used Push1 with these scri...

Re: Surface Laptop: 1.6 pounds and real damn fast
it's ridiculous to compare version numbers when it comes to Live vs Bitwig discussion to my mind, Live's been being developed for 10+ years while Bitwig started just few years ago. it's just a sequence number. Many things in Live were unique by when they were implemented while Bitwig just takes exis...

Re: New Novation's Product
what i'm mostly and first of all interested in is its sequencer. is it that capable? is there any point of getting that thing just to use it as a midi source for Ableton?

I think what you are looking for is this https://www.ableton.com/en/packs/oscillot/ I think what you are looking for it the very text I wrote, you quoted, but did not read. probably worth reading what I wrote the idea that MAX users could build the high level Reaktor style functional "blocks", insi...

Re: OSCiLLOT
@Ivarin: The problem seem to be the automation on the Grain Resynth "Start" parameter. It overloads the thread and slows down the whole system. We'll have to think about a solution for this parameter - it currently simply shouldn't be automated. Best, Christian this is another set https://space.zeo...
