i recorded loops with different lengths (e.g. one with the length of 4 bars and one with 8 bars). how can I setup a general loop length of 8 bars.. so that the minimum duration before stopping or changing the patch is always 8 bars? and if the real duration is 4 bars and i try to switch or stop the ...

Yes - if you don't hear and feel the 'click' then you haven't pushed the switch hard enough. Bear in mind these are footswitches, therefore require considerable pressure when you are using your fingertip! oooh, how embarassing. it really was me not pushing hard enough... thank you so much for your ...

Hmm... sounds like you have done everything correctly; I can't imagine why it's not working. Did you check whether shorting 2-3 works (switch both depressed and undepressed)? If you're not getting a signal across 2-3 then you have a problem with your meter or switch. Those buttons have to be presse...

Those are double-pole, double-throw switches... meaning that each switch has two positions (ON/OFF) and can control 2 circuits simultaneously. For our purpose we only need one circuit switched, so we only use one 'side' of the switch, but for the sake of understanding think of the switch as being s...

I have a problem with the momentary switches. I bought the ones you linked (http://www.rapidonline.com/netalogue/specs/78-0743.pdf). I am confused because there are not two but six connectors (1,2,3, M, M, M) and I couldn't make the switch work by crossing two connectors (I tried every combination.....

so there are two keyboards connected (the footswitch one and a real one).. i wonder how the computer reacts:
* just one keyboard works?
* or both work simultanously?
* is there difference between usb + ps/2 keyboard compared to two usb keyboards connected?
