There is MPE output, it is selectable in MIDI Track's Output drop-down menus, not in Preferences.

Make sure you don't have another instance of Live open. Surest way is rebooting/restarting your computer.

That is a official feature now, the options.txt function was removed since it not necessary anymore.

Just remove it from the options.txt to avoid the warning.

Dummy Clips in Arrangement may be used for Modulation (blue), which is a Clip-only. Most probably from when recording Session Clips into Arrangement.
