Re: Push 2 - QC and build quality

I had a similar thing happen with a gen 1 MacBook Pro First generation, therein lies the problem. I'm pretty much in the complete opposite opinion as you are about desktops VS laptops when it comes to Apple. The Laptops, specifically the mid range* 15" macbook pros are built really well, and last f...

Re: Roland TR8S

Thanks.
If one has Push 2 already, is the TR8s then just overkill, i mean would the TR8 suffice, is what i guess I'm trying to find out, taking into consideration the TR8 is not that old still and is now almost less than half the price of the TR8S.

Re: Push 2 - QC and build quality

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. I believe it is just bad screwing in China...... I had a similar thing happen with a gen 1 MacBook Pro, as someone mentioned Apple earlier in this thread. The version that had the AMD combined graphics card. Assembled in China, the heat sink paste was...

Re: Push 2 - QC and build quality

My apologies everyone for my attitude. Bad last couple of days. Point taken. Many thanks everyone. I hope to be like you when I’m tossing around some negativity and get called on it. It’s not when someone’s right that you learn the true character of a man, it’s how they react when they’re wrong. Yo...

Re: Push 2 - QC and build quality

Fair enough, i will do that as well. I see it's frowned upon to use the forums to post such issues, even though a very similar issue has affected Push 1 in the past. Or are you saying i can't speak out about stuff like this? When did i compare Ableton to Apple? I don't understand the relevance of y...

Push 2 - QC and build quality

When i bought my Push 2, i unboxed it, put it on my table and have never moved it since until today, which must be over 6 months. When i did move it 2 screws fell out the back of it. What in the hell is that about. I realise its assembled in China, but this is not what i expect from a German company...
