you can do something similar to this but using the arrange view and putting warp into slave mode. basically you can have all your audio and midi swing to the groove of any other audio source you want.

I got this working pretty well by nesting racks. I'll see if i can dig something up.

edit: i was specifically looking to have the first few steps of a knob fade the effect in and it looks like i did it using the chain selector. hmm, could chain select between various parameter extremes.

i haven't had an trouble using Live as a live looper.
