Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 is a library used by some applications(its a bit like java) but i dont know of any decent music application that use it, its more for office type applications. you don't need this. I just got myself a korg nanokontrol and i need 2 pieces of info. if i set my buttons to toggle mode, and turn them on so they light up, then i change scenes then go back to my first scene i would expect my buttons to light up again as they are all on, but they are not, it's as if my scenes have no ...

If hes using an FFT for audio analysis - thats going to introduce an significant delay anyway. Theres no delay, data is passed BEFORE it gets to your speakers.
