Back to the butter... I do like the butter! :D Coincidentally, on BBC Radio Five Live this morning they were doing a business news round up and they mentioned that sales of Country Life butter have gone UP since John Lydon has been advertising it! Link to a Guardian article, with a video on the site...

Just on the quality of Vokator, I sold it when I was really strapped for cash, and regretted it ever since. I am guessing it just didn't sell enough units for NI to continue updating/supporting it. I think potential users tended to see it as an expensive, over complicated vocoder. But it is SO much ...

I used to own Vokator. I sold it when it was discontinued. NI transferred the licence no probs.

Strange they haven't replied though - they were very quick to get back to me.

Well, I hope the NanoKontrol that should be arriving today is better than sunrahrahrah's experience with the NanoPad. However, I would have taken an educated guess that the NanoPad wouldn't be as nice feeling as a PadKontrol. Look at the price difference. dietarypacifist - the NanoPad and NanoKey se...

I don't think Punk can really mean much after the fact if you didn't actually live through it - it would have meant way more at the time when it was new - I mean the 70s was still pretty conservative by modern standards, so they were actually stirring up a lot of shit, but to our times it seems lam...

This kind of discussion here is so typical for this forum. As useless as it can be. This kid cracked the software, whooo! Did he discover america? (i mean, was he the first one). no. Maybe he was just trying out the program, before buying it. But i bet, after 6 pages of flaming, he wouldn't even spe...

I would imagine that he is turning in his aforementioned grave at the TV shows, the butter, and the endless band reformation... I love a bit of butter on my toast. Can't beat it. And while Country Life is usually cheaper, I always buy Lurpak because I don't want to give a company that employs Lydon ...

I've just ordered a NanoKontrol. Should be here tomorrow. I find that these days I do most of my creative stuff on the sofa while my wife watches TV, or at the dining room table with football on the radio in the background. As such, I need a small controller for tweaking stuff. I've really started g...

Yes the BBC really has, as one says, "gone to shit" if they are reporting on 'grited' roads.

I for one am glad the roads round my way have been "gritted" - now that's news

I get a train to work. Only a 15-20 minute journey, but I rely on the train. I waited for an hour at a freezing station with the staff assuring me a train going my way wouldn't be coming for another two hours. Just about to phone the office and convince my boss that I should 'work from home' today, ...

Wiimote with Live users

I got around to trying this out yesterday. I'm on Windows, using GlovePIE, and it was more straightforward than I imagined. Have got the nunchuk and the 'classic' controller working as well as the Wiimote. One thing though, the accelerometer things in the Wiimote are quite sensitive. Anyone had any ...
