racks are your friend. just start piling stuff up, in parallel, one after another, whatever! experiment. try a beat repeat in the first chain, followed with distortion, phaser, and another beat repeat. open a new chain, insert a resonator, followed by a chorus, followed by an autopan. yet another cha...

hey ken, there is a little delay, but not too bad. i tend to record my midi files into live, for the ease of cutting 50-60+ bar jams into clips that i can trigger, kinda like for arrangement recording in live, but instead to logic, for their instruments. my pc is a little old, so i really cant use t...

i've had this problem on and off since v.5. i've noticed it more on cheaper interfaces, but even my ff400 glitches from time to time. this is on my xp system, usually i restart, and it goes away. never noticed on my mbp, though. i've even done renders with no clipping, and the glitches have been in ...

i dont really understand what you are trying to do, more info please, but you could use racks for parallel processing, or aux tracks, or even set up tracks to accept input from other tracks. live is VERY capable with track routings. and i doubt you read ALL of the manual just then :D

i do it with two computers, so its as easy as routing midi tracks in live to the mac interface, and selecting the right midi channel/port in logic... dont know about your method but why not rewire live into logic, or save your live midi files and drag them into logic? would'nt using the iac buss use...
