I would like to be able to choose which step I want to undo... have a dropdown menu of the steps and then choose one without having to undo later steps. yep, +1. a undo history like in cubase would be nice too. possu: of course it works, but I'm interested in work flow and this short cut is a bit c...

undo /redo button

I really use undo/redo often. I think an undo and redo button would be a nice addition, since the shortcuts are not sooo easy to press (strg+z/strg+y) and over the menu (edit/undo) there is needless mouse movement and clicks. The buttons should be assignable for keys and midi too. An simple sketch: ...

blank: yes this is the way I do it at the moment, but it's a bit annoying if you export clips as often as I do. :-)

laird: doesn't work or I really missed something, I think you can only render stuff which is in the arrangement view.

Thanks for your answers. Sorry that I was a bit blurry. I often program a clips (be it midi or audio) with various effects and then process or use them in another program. For example: I like to program beats in Live and then use this loop in a existing Cubase arrangement. Or I want to process a loo...

export clip as audio?

I really would like to have the possibility to export a clip as audio - like you could do it with midi (export midi clip). I know you could do a work around with freeze and then search the freezed wav file, but that's annoying if you want to export 10+ clips and have to rename every file. Or do I mi...

and please make the lfo for all parameters in live available and not only for some 8)

At the moment I use an external midi lfo synced to live for this task (midi in (remote) -> mapped via midi learn to a parameter in live).

multiple key&midi assignments

Hi, I think it would be really great if you could map more then one key or midi command to a slot/control. At the moment I fell often limited because of this restriction. For example: 1. I want to change 3 effects on/off with one button, but I also want the possibility to toggle them individually. N...

if you DAC suck then maybe more then 44.1 khz sound better (but only due bad designed aliasing filters in your DAC/ADC). if you consider the audible frequency range (20hz-20khz) 96 khz doesn't give you any benefits, i t's not more detailed in this frequency range , you only can reproduce higher freq...
