Is forum software no clever enough to detect unusual posting patterns yet (like on credit cards) and suspend someone if they suddenly post 20x in 1 minute!!

Re: Bitwig Studio 1.2 'mind-blowing free update'

the side chain modulation stuff they added for per note control was pretty amazing in the last .1 update, a bit like Plock on my Analog4 What´s this? I use the note expression stuff all the time, is there a way to further control them? I was on about this Note Modulation Device https://www.youtube....

Re: Bitwig Studio 1.2 'mind-blowing free update'

Ableton doesn't time anything with NAMM, why would they start now? And are you -really- still falling for people using the words "mind blowing" in their press hype? Apparently so... Not really, although the last marketing hype I fell for on a half finished virtually unsupported product was P...

Bitwig Studio 1.2 'mind-blowing free update'

BITWIG at NAMM next week to offer a preview of their (apparently) mind-blowing free update, Bitwig Studio 1.2 It has been a LONG time since the Ableton did anything significant- Live 9 is pretty much just as it was and PUSH is sorely neglected- I am really hoping that is due to a very significant fr...

Re: Ableton Live 9.1.1 crashes

I have 64 bit suite and win 7 64 bit ANC am rock solid, so it is probably a plug in....have you update your NI plug ins recently? They just released a bunch of updates for plugs that by their own admission 'crashed live'

Re: Live 9.2 wish list (I know this soon?)

Current beta is a release candidate so it will be released soon, mainly bug fixes, nothing I. The way of new features really.

Re: Will Ableton announce anything on March 26th

I hope ableton add layered editing and the ability to edit audio clips (this always seemed an obvious one to me, cut paste copy reverse etc )

Re: Will Ableton announce anything on March 26th

Just to clarify (as the OP) I don't really care if the Abes and Wigs are friends or not, but I hope the introduction of what looks to be a possible alternative to Live (we will all be able to demo and find out this week....) will inspire Ableton to roadmap out the future direction.... It will be int...

Will Ableton announce anything on March 26th

Do you think ableton will announce anything on Bitwigs big launch day to crash the party? It would be a perfectly legitimate marketing tactic to roadmap or announce new features or free stuff.

Re: Ok, Live 9, what you like/dislike?

The 64 bit upgrade of both live and M4L is worth the upgrade to me. I am hoping that most people will go he suite route so that having M4L becomes 'the norm', the more M4L developers the better! The content provided with Suite is now market leading for a DAW in my opinion, session drums multi mike &...

Re: It's "First Quarter of 2013"! I want my L9Sw/Max!

I think they will ship the 64 bit version of L9 without MAX as there hasn't even been a hint of activity or beta testing for MAX 64 bit. I hope I am wrong, 64 bit M4L is my main driver to upgrade.
