Re: gimme yer sub bass

Don't any of you guys take subharmonics into account? yes totally, but not in the nonsense region under around 40hz. or are you mixing for whales? I do believe that there is a little whale in all of us though, and even though it's maybe not immediatly recognizable with our ears, the weight, warmth,...

Re: gimme yer sub bass

I could help if I had an example of what you're talking about, there's a lot of ways this can go wrong Great thought everyone. I've always set the roll off around 35 hz, and I guess i could go a bit higher with that. A patch that I've been using a bit is called "Fat sub sine" and it's on the 'keys'...

gimme yer sub bass

I've spent YEARS people, Years , trying to tame the good old sub bass patch. The kind that you layer under some brighter bass for extra juice and body. I've kind of hit it occationally, but more often than not, it either disappears when outside my studio monitors or it threatens to blow any speakers...

Toraverb vs. Eos reverb

I'm looking for a new Reverb plugin (Live just sounds crappier and crappier), and as you can probably tell, I'm going for something affordable.
Anyone played with either of these?

problem with Imposcar

Using the second preset bank, Imposcar is not staying with my chosen preset. When I hit the spacebar to stop and restart, the synth jumps back to the first preset on the bank.
Any clues?

About band names

What happens when you find a band name, and you make music, post it around, design a logo, create some buzz, and then you find that someone else already is using that name. Is a band name something to copyright? Who says who's first?
