Perhaps it could work to use 3 for home and 4 for the rest with its separate preferances? I still have my 3 on my computer though never opened iz after upgrading.

Did Reverb test, Live`s off : 10-12% down, TC takes only 2-3%, ...... surprised.
So my old 1.2 Vaio was doing 35-40% with TC reverb instead of Live`s.

In case anybody else may need to do this, I managed to do it in Live. Open the source as clip, tap to find the original tempo, type the desired tempo, render and then can cut the clips.

Live, Cubase, Hardware.

Someone asked if he can replace Cubase or Logic with Live. I answered give me sometime. Well, it is possible to some extent but I am not interested. Now I want to throw in some voice samples from CDs and live recordings ( cant get the singers as they are on tour in Europe), I dont know exact tempi as the audio recordings are from years ago and differ from the midi versions...

I hope so but too early to say yes. Have to spend some more time and I still have some songs to be finished in SX. I hated Cubase till the SX2 appeared . it is excellent but Live is just another concept ( much better for my needs).

Hi Fax So I see you again, though unlike on RS forums I use my real name here. Sorry for your delays. Myself I got my upgrade instantly, Ableton support is really good, considering that Steinberg and similar have no support other then in theory. I am since quarter century in music business but they ...
