if yours is like mine, i opened it up and disconnected the pitch wheel because it wouldnt zero....making assigning the other controllers hard.

its in 4/4. the stutters, edits, reversies and what not DO NOT change the time signature. these only displace the rhythm.

now go make some edits if you want it to stay in rhythm....or something.
