Re: MPD32 transport controls 8.03/8.0x/8.04b2 Issue/Bug?

Hi,

is this really a problem for your setup? Do you need to set the MPD to something else than the LiveLitePreset & ch.1?

Michael

Re: MPD32 transport controls 8.03/8.0x/8.04b2 Issue/Bug?

Hello there,

the bug is fixed in 8.0.3. Back in Live 7 it simply was a bug and the effect was that the transport buttons worked on every midi channel.

This is now no longer possible.

Michael

Re: The Not Enough Memory Issue

Hi, hopefully you won't experience more problems with XP64. Please note that we do not support 64 Bit systems at this point of time. Yes, Looper uses the repitch warp mode. I suggest to send all details (screenshots of the RAM usage, log.txt, zipped .als file, ...) to our support mail and we'll inve...

Re: The Not Enough Memory Issue

Hi all, Live uses more RAM per clip due to the new warping technology (transient markers, etc.). We're currently investigating this in detail and we'll try to find a better solution. Please send all other RAM related issues (plugins, looper,...) to support and we'll do further investigations from th...

Re: Seg. BPM

Hi there,

if you refer to Live 8: select the first WARP marker and you'll be able to change the BPM.

Re: Rewire error on 8.0.2 startup

Hi,

close all applications and try to install the rewire.dll from propellerheads site:

http://www.propellerheads.se/download/f ... _7_Win.zip

Then restart Live as standalone.

Kind Regards,
Michael

Re: The Not Enough Memory Issue

Hi,

Kontakt reserves also memory. Check this in the settings of Kontakt -> DFD and lower the amount.

It also sounds that your sets contain many small clips. Consolidating them lowers the RAM usage.

If you want to send big sets use yousendit and send us the link.

Cheers,
Michael

Re: The Not Enough Memory Issue

Hi,

sure that should work. It always depends on *how much* you load into Kontakt in dependence on how much memory you've installed.

Check the XP taskmanager for your actual RAM usage.

Michael

Re: The Not Enough Memory Issue

@2neffoo

can you please send the set to our support address - if possible?

Is it possible to freeze some tracks?

Using more RAM on your system wouldn't harm. Add 2GB of RAM and use the 3Gb switch (XP PRO only) in order that Live can use more of your inserted RAM.

Michael
