M-Audio Ozone is not really a good product and many people have had problems with their products , also your using Nforce 4 chipset on ur laptop which has been known to have some serious issues with audio dropouts too.

yea i agree with u on the program not being ready for release,it has way to many bugs, i have to constantly change my setup in order to get things working...

your setup is not the best as it has areas for bottlenecks, when it happens is the hd light coming on in live ? if not then click alt ctrl del and see how much ram live is using, have u tried loading some samples into ram and leaving a few on the HD ? i always had this problem as well, live just kep...

this is my main gripe at the moment with live and if it doesnt come into a new version soon im really thinking of moving to another host which is something i dont want to do.... it will just make the workflow so much easier ,having a 30 in monitor is such a waste when i have to switch views constant...

you need to send them the crash log file.

if ur on windows then click run and type this in drwtsn32 it will show the log in there

gigabyte are releasing a 4 gig PCI ramcard, transfer speeds are through the roof,it has battery backup to keep the info in the ram,, im getting one to run windows/ableton on, you can get two cards and use it in Raid array, cost is said to be around $80 us.. http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2005/05/31/gi...

hey frank i e mailed support about dual cpu support but they said nope not this time, when will we see this happen with live as the current cpu hit with macs and pcs is pretty high, and you now claim the DAW features, well this feature is in all high end DAWs these days...

i need this feature, and dont you think that now they implemented DAW such features that the live 5 cpu hit is going be greater than live 4, if this feature is not going to happen they should at least give us some kind of timeframe for it to happen.... intel,mac and AMD are all crossing over to dual...
