Yeah, that's what I expect as well. As I am going to rebuild my library completely from scratch as soon as my Push arrives, I don't expect many problems. Also if anything goes wrong I won't lose much - hopefully

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

When did you pre order your push? Because i have pre ordered from german retailer and i suppose the retailers have pre ordered theirs earlier so i suppose beggining of june i could receive my push earlier. :/ From your expected shipping date I conclude that your retailer did not have the chance to ...

Re: Change 'Categories' in Live 9 browser?

What's the worst case scenario? Having to re-install Live?
Doesn't sound as if anything else could happen, but I don't have more information than you do.

Re: Why do "packs" take SO LONG to load?

Both downloading (up to 12MB/sec) as well as installing packs was pretty fast for me. However, both my internet connection as well as drive (SSD) are better than average, I guess. But: When installing packs, neither my CPU nor the hard drive were anywhere near peak performance. I was really wonderin...

Re: ot: i love this messageboard (a silly pic thread)

Live 9 runs fine on both of my Macs, and there are plenty of Windows users who can get Live to work. So perhaps it's your OS/Hardware configuration you should be blaming rather than Ableton? Live should run on any hardware configuration and definitely on Windows, right...? Maybe a few more iteratio...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

I had several emails with support and can confirm that delivery was delayed again. Don't know whether everybody is affected, but at least I am as well. Again, I told them that we expect a notification whenever the shipping date is set back, and was told that they are going to do so in the future. We...

Re: MOTU 828 MK3 + XLR OUTPUTS

Yeah, took me some time to figure that out when I got the mk2 years ago (for which the procedure is the same). Unfortunately, both Live9 and the MOTU config utility forget all settings after each reboot. I think I have even seen a post about that issue. Does anybody have the same problem or even a s...

Re: Push - Latency Issues

a) Does that also happen when using a native Live synth (Operator, Simpler, Sampler....)
b) Have you checked all attack times? All set to 0ms (volume and filter envelopes)?

...just to make sure...

Re: Reset EQ8 (or any other device) to factory preset

I ran into this also with a drum rack (accidentially saved one as default) and was really looking for a "reset to factory defaults" option. Of course you can set everything to defaults yourself or figure out where the file is saved but an option would be great.

Or did I miss something?

Re: PUSH........WHEN?????

Oooh. Don't tease! What issues? I mean other than the ones we are already aware of... Don't know, but I guess more information would not help either... can be anything from strike to technical problems or problems with a supplier - whatever. My frustation came from this "oh we silently changed your...

Re: PUSH........WHEN?????

Okay, got another mail: Apparently there have been issues. :?

I suggested to pass the information directly to all the waiting customers without having them asking one by one, but maybe it's just me and all the others don't care anyway.

Re: PUSH........WHEN?????

In the meantime I asked Ableton support, but the only answer I got was a link to some general information on the pre-order process. Guess that means that it won't be "fully transparent" but rather "including some shipping estimates". And these estimates can jump back without providing reasons or at ...

Re: Ableton Crash Day - Lets make a statement.

Sounds like a stupid idea.

I don't think any company aims for unsatisfied customers, hence the reason for so many disappointed people is that not enough work gets done. Flooding them with Crash reports does not improve the situation.
