Record modulation into Session

Since v9 records Automation data into Session view by default, is there still a simple way to record Modulation into Session view, or can I only draw it in?

Re: Anyone using Livid Code V2 to control plugins?

Had one, sold it. The knobs have click dents in them, they're not smooth. Each click on the knob will never register just an increment of 1... so the minimum you can adjust parameters is like 3 or 4 "whatevers". Also it couldn't output 14bit midi for hi-resolution stuff. Not sure if they've implemen...

There is still 10 days or so to go, but with 40+ tutorials completed so far, my first impression is: Your remarks on Sonic Academy were spot on. I'll group Udemy into this same "guys playing school" category. The "best of the best" tutorial of the 40 IMHO is Lynda.com's "Mixing Techniques With Wave...

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

Anyone compared the performance of Bitwig with Live ? Especially at higher load and low buffer rates. Can you drive Bitwig upto 80% load at 256samples Buffer without dropouts or artifacts ? I'm in the middle of demoing it now and the cpu meter doesn't seem to be an issue here. I run at a 64 buffer ...

Re: Mastering

That's mixing, not mastering. Unless you mean mastering mixing, then yes, that's correct. Once you've mastered mixing, it will become second nature.
