Fav Mac/OsX wave editor?
Hi, peepholes,
Wondering what your favorite Mac OSX wave editor is?
PC has soundforge, wavelab, cooledit as the typical applications, but i don't know what quick'n'dirty options there are for the mac.
fyi... Audacity is crap! Too buggy!
Thx,
Jason Duerr

i want Ableton to recognize MP3's !
Hi,
I use Ableton to DJ, and I don't like storing huge wave files. I know mp3's must be decoded before being played, so I understand why this is, however, I don't have to like it! Ableton's inablility to work with mp3's holds me back from carrying a larger archive of sounds.
THX,
Jason

fav wave editor for OS X ?
Hi,
I'm wondering what your favorite OS X wave editor is?
I am not too happy with Audacity, and i think it's very strange that there is no wavelab/soundforge equivenlent.
So,
What's your favorite OS X wave editor?
THX,
Jason

Well, for crossfading, your cheapest / most compact bet is the evolution x-session when i see people performing between a laptop and decks, usually they keep the same tempo all the way thru for simplicity, they usually have some sort of beat coming out of the laptop at all times, and sync the record...

diff between Live-XS and Live 4? ATTN PRODUCT REPS!
Hi, Hopefully an Ableton product rep gets this message... What's the difference between Live XS, as bundled with the Evolution X-Session, and Live 4? Also, if I purchase Live XS as part of a bundle, is there a discount to upgrade to Live 4? Is there an Evolution controller (re: UC33) that ships with...
