For me the key to not be playing a warped track, then it works perfectly. But if I try and use it to tempo sync a warped track to an external audio signal by tapping, it goes all over the place.

Something to do with the warping...

Yes, I'm rEalm, just changed the music name a few weeks ago for various reasons. You have to contact Access about uploading your soundset. If they like what you have done, they will upload it for you to the site. They will also ask you for all format versions of the patches, midi file, sysex, and th...

I put my laptop on top of the platter (on a piece of carpet foam cut to size), and it works great,no HD issues at all. You relaly need a much stronger magnet than what you find in a SL1200 to do any hard drive damage. My foam piece also has a small arm coming out of it that goes under the tonearm to...

Make it easier to see what clips are selectd in Session View

I like how you can change the skin in Live, but there is one thing I wish was better. Pretty much none of the current skins have a BRIGHT RED highlighter showing you which clips are selected in Session View. Some, like my personal favorite, Calcium, use an orange or something kinda bright for this, ...

Depends on what you're doing IMO. Higher sample rates can be useful to prevent aliasing while rendering softsynths, and possibl in catching some higher frequencies while recording classical instruments, more of the 'air" that quality recording locations can impart. If you're doing these activities, ...

This was just posted on another site, press release from Sasha: It was planned, practised and worked on for a long time but now it's official: Sasha is leaving the turntables behind for good. The DJ's new residency in New York and Los Angeles will serve as the introduction of a new piece of technolo...

People should just stop staring the DJ booth and get their asses dancing on the dance floor. All this shit about did DJ 'x' use his tools right, etc is lame.

The only way to judge a DJ is "did it sound good?"

That's like slagging off Kraftwerk for just "standing there".
