If they are putting dual cores in the macbooks, why wouldn't they put them in the minis ? i couldn't see them bringing out a single core mini ?

Yes, it has to be an actual hardware connection, run leads from your 410's main outputs back into its main inputs and then select those outputs/inputs in live's pref's. Follow the tutorial, it's really worth doing this, for one just to see what your cards latency performance is and also to make sure...

Also, maybe run the live 5 performance test on it (search in this forum) to compare it to other computers of similar type.

yes, a bit loud actually, I think it's a crack when powering up and a pop when powering down from memory, just a bit of a bugger coz it means to avoid it i have to turn my monitors on and off after and before. That was one good thing about the firebox, it didn't do that but still if I had to choose ...

Assign keys to fold away browser and clip views ?

Haven't figured if this is already possible but are there keys already assigned so you can easily fold away or reopen browser and clip views ? Would be great the same way you can use tab to flip between session and arrangement.

Make sure you have the channel volumes turned down in the session view and up in your direct monitoring to make sure you are hearing what you are recording 'without latency', also go through the setting up latency compensation lesson within live, this will make sure you are recording in time and pro...

Short answer - yes. Ask yourself, are you 100% happy with what what you have, if the answer is yes then look no further, if the answer is no then think about investing in a more high end sound card. A new motu interface is about to come out soon, maybe consider that one, it looks good.
