I have been using the traveler for months with a PC XP SP2 not one snag! Desktop FW card powers it fine. I also use a Laptop PC with 6-pin FW and it powers off the bus fine. I use coax dig io once in a while. Used ADAT in once. Worked great but i have not used them at the same time. Overall the box ...

I am using an On-stage x-braced two tier KB stand. Put in the right position it holds my laptop firmly and at a perfect angle for playing guitar standing up.

E-MU Command Station as Live controller?

This seems like it could be a nice match. Anyone using/tried it? If so how do you utilize it? MP-7 XL-7 etc.

I say get the Trigger finger first. Some knobs, some faders, and pads that can be used for all kinds of things. UC33 is great but if you have to just get one for now, UC=no pads. IMHO
