it could be that there's a glitch in the power source where for a fraction of a second it stops sending power to the unit, turning it off and on, and by this, disconnecting it from your computer. it happened to me once. That sounds about right - some power or other disconnection to the interface, t...

Live 6.01: Audio Reset ... no output (during gig)

We were playing full DJ clips, complex mode, also a variety of auxilary loops (mainly 4 bar perc loops in beats mode). Live did not crash, but all audio o...

possibly beyond that, doesn't autohotkeys simulate mouse clicks by coordinates? so unless you are changing which clip view areas are open, you might even do away with the mouse click (?) sure, if that were reliable enough that would be a plus for sure. anything that lets you mix without reaching fo...

in case anyone is wondering why its worthwhile to figure out how to get this done:

can you see that if you can click on the first box in the Loop Length area, and hit a single key to transmit (say) 4 0 0

.... this will automatically snap your loop to a 4 bar loop on the fly with one command?

Im pretty sure he means the ability to make the clips larger vertically, as well as horizontally. ;)

I totally agree with this -- it would give you a larger area to work with and makes the clips more like a "deck" on your screen, making things a lot easier to see without squinting

Big +1

If you know where to click and what shortcuts to use, editing in Live is so much quicker and easier than constantly switching tools. i totally agree with this, ive never missed the cubase style 'tool palette' paradigm at all and think the current way is way more direct and efficient on the other ha...
