Re: Did they ever fix the lights?
Yeah mine arrived today (UK) and it has some pinky lights if you study it, I played with it for an hour before I remembered the light posts and actually looked for it, then I saw some are pinker than others. If I have to look for a problem before seeing it, I'm not to worried. If I find it starts to...

Controlling effects on individual drum pads
Hi all, quick question..
I can browse and add an effect to a drum pad, then it maps to the 8 encoders along the top on push. Problem is when I move away and come back to it I cant seem to get push to see it, without using the keyboard and mouse to manually select it.

Re: 32bit vs 64 bit
I installed and set up 64bit all chuffed with my 16gb of ram. Turns out a load of things I use and need only work in 32bit and it was more trouble than it was worth, so I had to uninstall it, reinstall and setup 32bit.

Re: 9.0.5 finally browses some user content
1. Why would you want to include a folder named "bad samples" in Places anyway? A folder called like this I would expect to have only, yeah, bad samples in it which you never use anyway. Why not just put the folder to a different location? 2. In my opinion it's much more convenient to do everything...

Re: 9.0.5 finally browses some user content
I want to be really clear on this, since 80% of my production time is spent making beats and choosing samples from my library is a big part of that; Currently, I could change a single drumpad sample with Push, using the 'samples' folder in my places (which is just a folder on my HDD filled with sub ...

NI maschine- new technics 1200 for production?
Every 'in the studio with' feature I read or watch, all the interviews with house/techno producers, everyone's studio pics... so much maschine! Its everywhere. I don't have it personally and I have some money I want to spend on a new toy for production, so I was considering it. Technics 1200s being ...

Re: drum rack questions in depth..
Although I am still a little disappointed that subfolder structure is not preserved, and all the samples within the 'place' are just arranged in one big list. With the original hack, I had subfolders functioning so that, for example, you might select a drum pad and browse to the 'Kick' category, wh...

Re: drum rack questions in depth..
This is my biggest concern looking at possibly buying a Push, will the push browser let me use my own samples folder in the 'places' part of the live browser, or will it limit me to using only samples/kits in the 'categories' top part of the browser.

Syncing outboard drum machine midi clock.
Hi, need a few pointers... I have a Korg ER-1 drum machine connected and synced up to live, but its out of time. When I record the audio with a simple 4/4 kick they don't line up to where they should in the audio clip. I have been playing with the following: - Midi clock delay in the midi settings f...

Looking for a bit of friendly advice, I want to get my hands on collision to do modulated percussion parts for techno/tech house tracks, I have live 9 standard at the moment. I also have a decent number of other synths (ACE, Massive, Reaktor, SubBoomBass and synth squad) which is if I'm honest far m...

Re: Reaktor 5 FX not showing up in my plugins folder!
I dragged the VST for reaktor fx out of my 'effects' vst folder into the root, and it shows up ok now. Weird since it shows up in the 'effects' folder in live8 and all my other effects are happy to sit in it. Important thing is it works again

I have the same issue, the main VSTi shows up fine, but the FX plugin just isn't shown or recognised by Live.
