say im in a drum rack and i want to make a variation of a particular sound, so i need to simply make a copy of that sound in a new slot. is there anyway to do this besides saving a device as a preset and dragging it into the rack? i cant figure it out if there is and the manual doesnt really touch o...

a friend of mine says he simply copies the hard drive image onto an external drive and writes it to the new one with disk utility when he has to switch out his hard drive in his mac. never done it though.

the manual for version 4 was ring bound. I was dispointed when manual 8 arrived. Me too. It has been a ring binder in former versions, in 6 they changed to a book, in 7 it was a ring binder again. the last 6 episodes of dollhouse were pretty good. the first 5 were horrid crap. if you gave up on fringe earlier in the season its definitely worth a reexamination i had a hard time getting into sarah connor. i really wanted to like it. but everytime i tried i just lost interest almost immediately....

absolutely not. in most all cases ive heard or seen, reason will outperform VST when it comes to CPU
