Re: Sigabort PrEditor controller mapping review?
ive been using PrEditor a lot for remapping push2's display of devices, including setting up named banks. its so good!, mainly because the relevant parameters still show on push eg freq, db, buttons etc which doesnt happen if you use macros....and you can name your banks.

Re: clicks n pops with audio interface not with built in audio
thanks for the reply i dont have many inputs/outputs active currently. 2 stereo outputs enabled and 2 mono inputs. i will likely be using more soon. CPU at 45%, buffer @ 128. lots of pops and crackles. ive put in a support request but they just linked me to the articles on how to reduce CPU usage. i...

clicks n pops with audio interface not with built in audio
if i use the same buffer settings, is it normal to get more clicks and pops with an external audio interface than with the mac built in audio? im using an old firewire FA101 and if i have a session running 128 buffer, it clicks and pops a lot. if i then switch to the mac built in audio (same buffer)...

Re: push 2 and BCR2000? play nice?
I just programmed an old BCF2000 to control a liveset Takes hours and hours but after that it works great. Also have a push2 but like to have a second controller with fast acces to effects in send busses/master channel. As a simple controller this thing works sometimes faster than a push. i hear ya...

Re: Push2: quickest way to view return tracks?
yes but im talking about the devices (verb, delay, etc) on the return tracks, not the sends to the return tracks. there doesnt appear to be an easy way to get to them with push2 once you have a lot of over audio and midi tracks in the session. ive put a feature request in centrecode for the master b...

Re: Cut loop from audio recording using only Push 2? Impossible?
im waiting for this too. most of my loops are done in clips as there seems to be more control of trigger states like toggle, gate etc and it loops indefinitely unlike in simpler without having to muck around.

Re: push 2 and BCR2000? play nice?
thanks for the tip. thats really good to know. can you let me know how the feel of the encoders are for you. are they granular and indented? im wanting to use the encoders for quick dub like sends to verb and delay for snare drums and key stabs. as i mentioned, the encoders on the behringer xtouch a...

push 2 and BCR2000? play nice?
i have a push 2 and am thinking of getting a bcr2000 to try and get quicker access to track volume and sends for dub style mixing live. for BCR users out there, wondering if you could help with some questions 1 - can i map the BCR to have the top encoders for track volume, the buttons for solo and m...

SDRR: saving multiple versions of default VST configuration?
Im using the mac VST plugin SDRR. It has four modes tube, digi, fuzz and desk. each of the modes has separately mappable dials. im trying to use SDRR with push and i want to save four different versions of the plugin so i can have the 8 most useful parameters visible in push for each mode (not using...

push2: shift click on arrows to move 6 pages at a time
feature request enable shift key to allow the arrow keys to move 6 pages at a time when viewing device parameters. in the ableton push manual it says Certain devices, such as Live’s Operator instrument (see 24.6), have more than eight pages of parameters. When working with these devices in Edit Mode...
