Re: This forum is started to Degenerate to a lower level

To be honest, I love this forum. I receive a lot help when I'm confused about something silly.
But It could use some forum rules to keep things organized. Maybe even more forum rooms.
But stay cool brother, the times will come :)

Re: Blue Cat Audio free plugins update

Free or not free, I do not want to go on the ableton forums every morning and see advertisements. I'm simply trying to point out that I think we should keep advertisements off this forum. If advertisements gets accepted here we will get more and more adverts all the time, and that will be annoying. ...

Re: Blue Cat Audio free plugins update

Yes I did, and I don't like advertising. Even if it's free or not.
I used to be in the advertising business, and advertising on other companies forums is very unprofessional.
Sorry to burst peoples bubbles :?

Re: (OT) Just bought a new microphone!

Already tried all the stuff you guys mention. I'm usually good at solving problems, but this thing is internal for sure! I own two MXL's, and for the price it was a bang for the buck. Use them on everything, one of my best piano recordings was made with two 603's. I cannot compare them with behringe...

Thought that the tube is broken, but got it changed and it's still there :(
Tested it with two soundcards, different wall outlet, same issue.... wierd.

Re: Live's Midi Synch Issues/Bugs discussed on CDM

Well I don't know if they use a master clock, all I know is that they got two mac pro's synced together and what I read in a magazine, Ableton is the major key in their shows!
Converting Midi to DMX signal...

Re: Live's Midi Synch Issues/Bugs discussed on CDM

Funny you should mention this. I think the whole sync thing is over-rated. I mean, there are so many artists out there that uses Ableton live on stage to sync concerts and various gear. I think there is a reason why they use Ableton! One interview I remember about a artist that complained about sync...

Re: Best bang for your buck monitors

I never had any problems in the bass, so not sure what you mean
But the HS80's obviously has more bass and it's just a bigger sound in my ears.
But I like mixing through the HS50's and especially because of the low bass, I like to keep things simple sound-wise.

Re: Best bang for your buck monitors

I personally love the Yamaha HS50M, nice uncolored sound, and everything really sounds good on every speaker I try if I manage to make it sound good on the yamahas. And did I mention they are cheap for a pair? If you want more low end you should invest in the HS80m's they are cheap as well, and I ha...
