I have read the same question on various forums, but hardly any user feedback yet. Aside from the low specs, keep in mind that the sceen resolution is quite restricted (1024x600?). Ideally, you should try to borrow one, install a demo of Live and see if you can do what you need on it. Otherwise: htt...

Well, if I'm not mistaken Pitch Black use two Doepfer Drehbanks the way you want to use your dream controller. They control at least sends, EQ and volumes on each 16 channels. Unfortunately they are not manufactured anymore.

Which file have you dragged in our VST folder? A .exe file?

When you installed Absynth, the installation program must have asked you where your plugin directory was, and put the absynth.dll file in it; this is the file you need to your VST plugin folder - not the .exe.

Do I get you right, klagga, that you suspect NI not develop Battery any further because of Maschine? - As I don't think Maschine is ment to be a successor of Battery, there should be no worries. I didn't pay much attention on Maschine yet, but I think it's a more or less complete different concept ...
