Dual Monitor (Twinview)

I want to get a 17"TFT (1280x1024) which I will add to my current 20" (1600x1200). Can I use Live in Fullscreen Mode on the 20" and place the VSTi/fx on the 17"? I'm using a nvidia 6600GT.

You're absolutely right! I do use VST automation very much and I hate it when I can't access all parameters! Change it, now! 8)

Scrolling more than one line at once?

I'd like to scroll 6 lines with the mouse wheel at once in the browser the way I scroll in other applications. One line is way to slow. Is there a way to increase it?

White font for dark skins!?

Is there a way to make the black font white? It is too hard to read in dark skins like the monolake 03 and with a white one it would look very cool!

I have tested Live with 128/256/512 samples latency (M-Audio Audiophile) and there is not much of a difference here, its about +/- 1% (AMD 2400+).

Vsampler window behaviour

Hi!

I cannot turn of "floating" in the Vsampler windows as I can when I use Vsampler in Cubase. I have to get the windows back always by clicking in the VSampler Rack. Does anyone know a reason for this? I don't want to use "always on top".

Randomize Midi-Timing

Hi!

I'm used to randomize velocity and timing in my drum tracks a little bit to make them sound more human. Is there a way in Live? I see there is a midi plug for velocity, but none for timing?

Questions from a potential user

Hi! I'm using Cubase SX at the moment and are interested in switching to Live. One thing I absolutely can't live without are user assignable key commands as I want to access the important functions without Strg, Alt or Shift modifiers. Are there any plans for them in Live? I want to view 2 or more s...
