Just thought I'd add, looking at the results of the BIAS Matlab tests...
Adobe Audition seems to get this conversion down in all their tests. Excellent.
Edit: Those tests posted by funkstar http://src.infinitewave.ca/ seem to be a lot better than the BIAS ones, my bad.

Nice one, that Izotope seems very very good.
I think that is also used by Audiofile Engineering inside their sample editor programs.

Some more DAW results. The Peak SRC seems also to be very good (at least good enough for me).

no problem. the internet is a pretty shitty form of communication, complete lack of body language, vocal inflection and eye contact can almost guarantee misunderstandings. Ok Tone Deft (I understand) This is some general information on the subject of SRC incase others want to read more about this. ...

the answer is that as a 'producer' or 'mastering engineer' you should know these topics and know what sample rate to render at. who is ? saying that this is a bug is like complaining that your hammer won't work on screws. who is ? and was told it was an issue Live has with resampling at 24bit. Does...

Lets hope this bug gets fixed soon then...

Ok I don't think this is advised BUT... If you check the lesson on audio driver latency or whatever its called, you can set that up to compensate for a false error compensation. Basically what you would need to do. 1. Set a midi track up to play back the hardware? Create a clip for this say one note...

I am quite sure the settings inside preferences are to compensate the sync delays between two "things". That is a master and a slave device (synced to playback together in time using Midi Clock Start/Stop) The delay you are experiencing sounds to me like an audio latency which is a different thing t...

Logic 7 is cool, I think if you want to stay focused in on writing though it's best to just learn one DAW, and go with plug ins and other methods of getting the results you want. I agree. I use Live, Cubase (which was my first proper midi/audio seq). I like the apple plugs. Never really had a prope...
