hi, just got a new pc windows 7 64bit 8 cores, when im using live it appears it's only using one core? i have battery with audio routings for fx and seperate audio channels for bounces of parts from my synth and the midi tracks for later reference which aren't normally used it's ranging a fair bit i...

did anyone get any luck with this in the end?

i have heard mixed reviews, i have a snow already and it's an essential part of my kit

ive been told that you will need to install the 64bit version of the virus but it will run in ableton in 32 bit, is this correct?

it will end up being about a £400 difference, i may just take the plunge and keep my fingers crossed

you lot are selling it to me, i was going to go 32 bit but i guess this is the future and all that jazz

will the bulk of my 3rd party plugins work with 64bit / windows 7?

also has anyone got a virus working in this environment?

ableton 32bit on a windows 64 bit system

hi,

does anyone have any experience of using live on a windows 7 64 bit system?

i'm aware that live will only function in 32 bit, however if i'm launching vsts within live, will they only run in 32bit too if they support 64bit?

turns out it didnt affect it for some reason despite the return track recognising the compressor in the little drop down bit

is there another way to do this?

hi, i'm trying to use the sonalksis compressor to sidechain it doesnt have a simple option like the albeton compressor so i have to route the audio to it the only way i seem to get it going is if i use the send to on my kick channel, it causes the compressor to pump but i cant hear my kick! also i'm...
