Zero Crosspoint on audio in Arrange

Discovered this by accident the other night. Seems its possible to have the audio in Arrange, to snap to zero crosspoint of the waveform, not just snap to the Grid. Been missing this feature for years, and its not inside the clip editor, only in Arrange (as far as i know anyway). Thought id share th...

Re: Wavetable in Sampler?

Yep, i remember those. Good stuff. I may go Largo after all, since it got nice filters etc too. Also, Sampler use a bit more CPU with Best interpolation than Largo use out of the box. + the aliasing isnt that great using these waveforms. I could stick with the middle notes, which sounds fine tho. I ...

Re: Wavetable in Sampler?

However................ that galbanum library sounded like a killer! Gotta think about this some more i guess. The possibillities with Racks and stay inside the box as much as possible, is very tempting, then again i do Love Waldorf. Ill try the waveforms out, their demo pack at least, and see where...

Re: Wavetable in Sampler?

Yea i know, importing samples/waves isnt the same, but its mainly the combos of waves im after tbh. Tho having the real thing would be pretty darn awesome! I dont know much about this elicenser system, or whatever its called. I use only serial protections as of now. I have read however that you can ...

Wavetable in Sampler?

Been considering getting Waldorf Largo for a while, as i love their take on wavetables. Then i thought, wouldnt it be cool if we could had similar wavetables for Sampler instead? Is this possible, and/or does it already exist perhaps? Havent found anything yet, but i might have missed it? Only thing...

Re: Live Compressor Hidden Feature (Use it as Aux Send/Return)

Not sure about the technical aspects of it all, but i deffenitly get a buffery kinda of doubled sound thru the chain. I believe it may change with the buffer latency.. Not happening when doing this thru the Sends btw.

Re: Live Compressor Hidden Feature

Cool tip. I usually use the Compressors as modular aux send/returns. Only problem is tho, that there will be some small buffer latencies, so the feedback chain in your example suffers from this. But if thats your thrill (i personally want mine only to be colored by my chain and nothing else), go for...

Coloring suggestion for Notes/Tracks

As we now can color our Tracks, it would be logical (for me anyway?) to have the notes who belong to that Track to be colored in the same color as the Track itself. This should be done automaticly, so when u move notes from another Tracks midiclip, it gets the new color as the Track you are moving t...

Re: jan hammer drums

Two words. Gated reverb. If you listen more closely you'll hear he use a open hat to fill the tail of the snare. Many years ago i bought a Linndrum library called this: LinnDrum ULTRAHYPE Sound Library From Ebay, but search around.. it might be around somewhere still. Its the best done library from...
