Numerology + Live Users?

Anyone using Numerology as a VST within Live? I've been using the demo but had a few questions before I purchase... Is the saving of sets reliable? Are the settings saved/recalled accurately? I will be using my Launchpad with Numerology running as a VST within Live but I want to be sure that all the...

Re: Dave grohl sound city studio movie

Japandroids... I'd go see them play live - looks fun! You might like No Age... also a two piece.

Here's one I like by Liars:

These are both a few years old (at least) and have nothing to do with the OP.

"Portugal. The Man - The Satanic Satanist".... cool, I'll check it out. I've heard of them but have never actually listened to them.

Apologies for any thread derailment, the documentary does look interesting.

Re: Dave grohl sound city studio movie

Can't stand Foo Fighters or Dave Grohl, plenty of loud, angry guitars and slamming drums - very little real feeling and really fuking boring. It's all subjective of course. And the idea that rock is dead is just ridiculous. Everything goes in cycles. Listen to a band like The Men, they've got the ro...

Re: Best NI Maschine Template To Use With Live

Yep, Navigate doesn't work. If you look at the assignments in the controller editor you can see that there is no assignment for the Navigate button and it therefore does nothing. If you change the controller that is assigned (in controller editor) from an MKI to an MKII than the template changes and...

Re: Best NI Maschine Template To Use With Live

I'm not sure if any of you are aware that there is a very nice NEW Ableton Live script + template in the latest 'Controller Editor' update. On Mac it's here : Applications>Native Instruments> Controller Editor>Template Support Files>Ableton Live 8 (well duh!)>Maschine_MK2 And yes, it works perfectl...

Re: Maschine won't respond to Ableton Live Template as a control

Midi Control mode has been extremely unreliable for me - still is even after the recent updates. Luckily, Maschine has been rock solid in terms of it running as a plug in Ableton and standalone. I'd be livid if I had bought it to control Ableton though. NI really needs to tighten up their game on th...

Re: Moog Sub Phatty - low cost, big features

This looks awesome! Yes awesome. I bought a Dark Energy last year, so much noisy fun. I would def have considered this if it was available at the time. It's so refreshing to be able to step away from the computerbox and make some noizzzzze with something stand-alone and self-contained. Very therapeu...

Ahhhh Mount Tabor... A beautiful park there! Not a member of the user group... really just a tunnel dwelling recluse.

I think I'll go see em if I get a chance!

Re: QUICKSAND (THE BAND)

A friend turned me onto Slip recently... that album is kickass. Totally missed them in the 90's. They were on a late night show recently (Fallon?)... was a little too mello but maybe they'll dig in a bit more as they get to touring?
