you got it, play with it a bit.

set the input to track 1 to record track 1.

if you want to record more tracks but not all of them, send them to the same send then record that send's output.

check the manual too, there's details in there and it's an easy read.

set the recording track's input to only what you want to record and don't use 'resample'.

Did you get what Tone described to happen? This is how I've used it. Session view, I've got a groove going in my Live set, the set is playing. I open the library in the browser on the left and preview loops to see if they fit. I click a loop/mp3/wave and it plays in time with the set, I click and dr...

Well, you can't really DJ like that in Live. Even a 4/4 dance track can use some love from hand warping and some prep time before the gig. Autowarp is cool, but you still have to massage the tracks ahead of time.

I bought John's Operator after all. At first he couldn't transfer it, then we bitched and moaned about it for a week on the forum, raised a stink in the midst of a major release, within a week I had Operator. The Abes totally came through in the end, no big deal. Don't believe the hype!! Help send t...

damn FUSE, I like they way you live!! Cakebread chards are tasty, a bit on the california style malolactic acid butteryness but I always look for them in restaurants. Their tastings are also by appointment only, last time we were there it was only for retail buyers. Something I learned on my last tr...

oh god, just when I'm gonna log out, a topic I REALLY enjoy... Wife and I just spent a few days in Callistoga, northern napa valley, check out Anderson Valley Winery, as good or better than the stuff in the main napa valley, but much less expensive. Most of the stuff in the Anderson Valley and Russi...

Yeah, I hate to fly, too many bumpy ass trips to Denver. Probably not a good idea to mix a $2k laptop with turbulence and adult beverages, it'd be a bitch slurping that last bit of vodka from the keyboard. Gotta work on the call of the waitress "Cocktails!!" It's not just the craps playing, it's the...
